Building Permits
Prior to obtaining a building permit, a Municipal Zoning Approval form shall be completed by the Applicant and approved by the Director for any construction, reconstruction, conversion, Structural Alteration, enlargement, or extension of any Building or Structure within the City. The fees for Municipal Zoning Approval applications shall be as set forth in Addendum A.
